Tracy began her aesthetics career in 2010. A New Jersey native who grew up at the shore, Tracy graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Kean University. During that time, she also became a licensed esthetician. Tracy combined her two passions to become the manager of the non- surgical cosmetic department. Her broad knowledge maximizes effective coordination and compliance. Tracy ensures the program functions properly, enabling continual growth and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Prior to joining It Aesthetix, Bianca attended LIM College, where she interned for both high-profile and emerging fashion designers now featured on platforms such as Bloomingdales, Farfetch, and Saks Fifth Avenue. She then managed a local luxury designer store, furthering her customer service experience. Bianca’s desire to combine her creativity with her passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives led her to transition into the medical aesthetics industry. As an aesthetic coordinator, Bianca assists in social media marketing, answers patient inquiries, schedules appointments, and ensures the smooth flow of daily operations. In her spare time, Bianca enjoys Pilates, singing, and traveling.
